​​Construction of the talent team​

  1. NCPE has established a human resource structure necessary for an engineering company. The amount of human resource is enriching and increasing continuously, with the structure supports the development of all the scope of business. The quality of human resource is upgrading constantly with the improved talent growth environment. The building of a team of technical specialists and management personnel leads the development of NCPE.
    By Dec 31st 2013, the corporation has a staff of more than 2000, including one state-level survey master, 36 persons that have been awarded by CPECC the titles of super expert, expert and young expert and over 430 persons holding various professional qualification certificates. A remarkable achievement has been made in the construction of the talent team, with reasonable personnel, professional quality and age structures.
  1. Con​​​​figuration of Professional Title

    ​ The corporation has one state-level survey master and 36 persons that have been awarded by CPECC the titles of super expert, expert and young expert.

    More than 630 persons have the senior title or above, senior title is about 9.2% of all the employees; junior -senior is 32.9%. Middle title is 24.2% and primary title is 5.2%. The other (including new staff) is 28.4%.

  2. Educational background structure
  3. ​Ph. D. degree is 1.4% of all the employees; master degree is 2.4%; bachelor degree is 48.8%; college degree is 18.6%; and the other is 5.9%.
  4. Age 
  5. The average age of the employees is 39 years old, including 771 persons lower than 35 years old; 264 persons from 36 to 45 years old; 366 persons from 46 to 55 years old; 99 persons from 56 to 65 years old and 9 persons older than 65years old.

  6. Professional Qualification Certificates

    Over 430 persons of the corporation have held various professional qualification certificates. Certificated electrical engineer is 13%; certificated public utility engineer is 11%; class A chartered architect is 2%; class A chartered structural engineer is 9%; chartered cost engineer is 5%; certificated investment consultant is 11%; certificated geo-technological engineer is 3%; class A constructor is 7; persons holding other qualification certificates is 39%.
