A working group led by NCPE Vice President Ms. Wang Yu arrived at Middle East Representative Office in Dubai, UAE, on July 10, 2009. Accompanied by other 5 executive levels, the group held a meeting in the representative office building.
Registered on Aug. 20, 2008, Middle East Representative Office has now moved into a new building with designated representative.
The Representative Office briefed to Ms. Wangyu accomplished tasks and existing problems, proposed working schedule for the next stage. Members of the visiting group commented on the reports. Ms. Wang Yu mentioned in the summary that the visit to representative offices overseas was brought out by NCPE’s Annual Working Meeting, aiming to push forward the representative office development and to deeply understand the market situation in Middle East.
During the visit, a meeting with Mr. Hakim of Telio System Saudi Arab and Mr. Wu Liangyong of Quantum Automation Sigapore was scheduled, with discussion on a key project that NCPE has been tracing along.
On July 15, 2009, the working group moved to Abuja, Nigeria for a meeting with Africa Representative Office and Nigeria Branch.
Representative of Africa Office, GM of Nigeria Branch Mr. Zhao Zhouling reported to the working group on progress that Representative Office and Nigeria Branch has made, as well as targeted moves for the next step. Mr. Jiang Zhenxi, Deputy Commercial Director of NCPE and Chairman of Board of Nigeria Branch, stated that the Nigeria Branch was well prepared for a capital increase and would keep on marketing expanding whilst building up a fast feedback mechanism with the parent company. Members of the working group made valuable comments and suggestions on various issues.
Ms. Wang Yu expressed warm regards from CEO Mr. Liu Chaoan and President Mr. Lian Yongjiu. Starting from a review of the founding history of Africa Office, she commented on plans, communications, marketing and branding of Africa Representative Office and Nigeria Branch.
On the way back to China, the working group stopped over in Paris for a negotiation with Bank of China Paris Branch on capital increase of NCPE Nigeria Branch.
